Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the customer

• You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of your trip.
• Cancellation fees depend on the timing:
  • More than 30 days before departure: full refund, minus €25 administrative fee.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: no refund.

2. Cancellation by the agency or service provider

• If your trip is cancelled by us or our partners (e.g. airline, hotel, operator), you will receive a full refund or may choose an alternative arrangement.

3. Non-refundable services

• Certain services such as visa fees, insurance, or special promotions are non-refundable once booked.

4. Refund process

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 14 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account.

5. Force majeure

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds may be subject to supplier policies. We will do our best to negotiate fair solutions for our customers.
