Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the customer
- You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of your trip.
- Cancellation fees depend on the timing:
- More than 30 days before departure: full refund, minus €25 administrative fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: no refund.
2. Cancellation by the agency or service provider
- If your trip is cancelled by us or our partners (e.g. airline, hotel, operator), you will receive a full refund or may choose an alternative arrangement.
3. Non-refundable services
- Certain services such as visa fees, insurance, or special promotions are non-refundable once booked.
4. Refund process
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account.
5. Force majeure
- In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds may be subject to supplier policies. We will do our best to negotiate fair solutions for our customers.
