Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between LuckyFly Travel Agency (“we”, “us”) and our customers (“you”). By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We act as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, etc.). Contracts are concluded directly between you and the provider.

3. Booking and payment

  • A booking is binding once confirmed by us in writing (email or invoice).
  • Payment must be made as stated in the booking confirmation.
  • If payment deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and charge cancellation fees.

4. Prices

  • All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Price changes may occur due to airline or supplier adjustments (e.g. fuel surcharges, taxes).

5. Travel documents

  • Tickets, vouchers, and travel documents will be provided after full payment.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your personal details (passport, visa, etc.).

6. Cancellations and changes

  • Cancellations and changes are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Airlines and hotels may apply additional fees according to their own terms.

7. Liability

  • We are liable only for our own services, not for the performance of third-party providers.
  • Our liability is limited to the foreseeable, direct damages.
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure (strikes, weather, natural disasters, pandemics).

8. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance (cancellation, medical, luggage). Insurance contracts are concluded separately with insurance providers.

9. Passports, visas, health regulations

  • You are responsible for meeting all entry, visa, and health requirements for your destination.
  • We provide general information but are not liable if you fail to comply.

10. Data protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Bochum, Germany.
